Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga
Joanna Kent | Tuesdays 11:00am – 12:00 pm Helps to develop strength and flexibility during pregnancy in order to decrease and minimize any discomforts and to prepare for the upcoming birth. Instructor will work with moms to modify postures in order to accommodate the various stages of pregnancy. Relaxation and breathing techniques to help moms connect with baby. No previous yoga experience required.
